Filing a consumer complaint against HP warning letter :
I got a brand new HP DeskJet 3755 from Staples.

To say the least, it has wasted my time and money, to an extent that is costing me almost 2 printers to maintain and get my work done. I rely a lot on printing to get my work done, but this really cost me my work, multiple times. And lack of response shown by HP did not really help matters. I have had issues galore with this , just printing a 1 page becomes a 1 day job literally . It consumes ink like anything. I would go ahead and file a consumer complaint against this pathetic product & the seller, Staples , and also ask for compensation. This is my warning and letter to Staples and HP which is mandatory to be provided before filing a complaint.
Please compensate me fairly against this product or I am going to take this to consumer court of Canada. Also, tech support for HP is really bad, it could not provide me with an email id to file a complaint against HP.
Either this is done in purpose, so as to prevent customers from filing complaints against HP and keep it off their records, or it is pathetic company policies, totally avoiding customer satisfaction. Will make a note of that in my complaint to the consumer court against HP.
