Hello,
The company i work at is interested in this "fingernails2go" kiosks.
One of the main reasons is that the company boasts itself as being the "world’s first and only HP approved nail art kiosk." [personal information removed]
They say the kiosks uses HP's SI-1100 machine.
They also claim "(HP's) Specialty Printing Systems Division has developed a printer capable of printing
glossy, high-definition, true to life images, directly onto a small curved surface. "
Also their brochure has a quote from "Kurt Kolinski, Director or Marketing, HP SPS Group"
[personal information removed]
Today's announcement is a demonstration of the possibilities of print and how HP continues to reinvent thermal ink-jet technology. Together with Tensator Technology Centre we have created a completely innovative system that will deliver fun, creativity, fashion and engagement." Kurt Kolinski, Director or Marketing, HP SPS Group
i've googled Kurt kolilnski and it does seem to be the head of sps division of hp, at least according to his Linkedin page.
the thing is... there isn't any other evidence or proof of this thing actually being true.
i've tried to look through HP SPS's Parter Information brochure, but fingernails2go didn't show up, nor did the supposedly manufacturer "Tensator / NEWVISION."
I've tried to find a contact information for SPS division but all their "Contact Us" information was about sales, tech support for their product, office locations, etc...
so i thought this would be the last fitting place to ask this question...
can anyone at HP verify fingernails2go's claim or help me find a way to contact anyone who can actually answer this question?
thank you in advance,
Sincerely.

Hello FiatFlux,
This is Michael from Fingernails2Go, I believe we have already spoken, but just to address the points raised above.
Please see the below YouTube link to a video commissioned on behalf of HP's SPS Division, detailing the project and our involvement with HP and Tensator (now rebranded as NewVision. I have also included a link to a video commissioned by NewVision giving some information about their company and their work with us.

Also, please note that the product highlighted by @Ciara_B is not in any way linked to Fingernails2Go and is in fact produced in China by a company that does not conform with any EU or FDA regulations on cosmetics.
Kind regards, Michael

Hi @fiatflux
I have heard of these printers, such as the one below, but I wasn't aware if HP was involved. Let me ask around to see if anyone knows more about this area....
