Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Is there really no one in all of HP land who can unblock my printer after I was locked out for loading 3rd party ink cartridges and then replaced them with genuine HP ink cartridges.  Have been referred to the reset procedures that do nothing so don't send me there again. This is mind-blowingly poor customer support for a booby trapped product––I'm surprised there isn't a class action suit.
