Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234dwe Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

The info light is flashing. If I press it I get a sheet saying problem with your account. Go to  account and clears problem. 
I cannot find any way to clear message in my account. So each time I want to use it the page prints out. HELP

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing issues with your HP LaserJet MFP M234dwe Printer wherein the information light is flashing.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the unit.

1. With printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.
