I am having a big issue with my printer. For the past 2 months, it has been randomly turning off and the screen on it is white with all flashing lights. It works after unplugging it and plugging it back in, but then does the same thing. Now, it shows a blue screen with the error code and flashes lights. How do I fix this, I really need this printer.

I understand that you are getting a B3387ec67 error, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
