macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer has worked fine until today—it was printing like normal just yesterday. Today, it will not respond to print requests from any computer. There is no error message, but the menu bar on the printer's screen is flashing green. In my print queue, the job shows up as completed when nothing has printed. We have not made any changes to our network, lost power, upgraded OS, or anything else potentially disruptive between when the printer was working yesterday and not working today.

 

I have tried everything I can think of: power cycling, uninstalling and reinstalling the printer and drivers, checking the network connection, checking for jams, checking that it's my default printer—nothing. The "virtual assistant" was next to useless for non-Windows users, although I followed the analogous steps on my MacBook where applicable. Nothing helped—it won't even print a test page. Please help!
