HP Recommended

I have a "HP DeskJet 4155e" in my lab, and we are constantly getting flashing lights on the screen with the error page popping up. It seems to be all the lights flashing, with a large "E" in the middle of the screen. It occurs every time we try to print. In the morning when i turn the printer on, it seems to be working just fine, but after I send a page to be print, all the lights start flashing with the big "E" in the middle. 

 

The HP Smart app has not been helpful at all, it has not once given me any useful information to go on. On top of that, I cannot seem to find any mention of those errors in the manual. 

 

The error occurs when trying to print via USB cord and wireless (wifi). 

 

Any suggestions?
