Hello ,

 

I have HP Color LaserJet Enterprise flow MFP M880. Need to replace the Flatbed Scanner Assembly . I can replace Flatbed Scanner Assembly & SCB board same time ?.

 

If I replace both are same time … What should need do ?

You need to reset the scanner count value that is it. This is done through the service menu on the control panel.

You can replace both components at the same time, however it is rare that both will have failed. What problem are you having?

Hello Thank you for your response , The history of the the problem : The first Error 30.03.45. So my co-worker first replaced the SCB board. But the problem was not resolved . Then we found problem was related the Flatbed Scanner Assembly . And arranged new Flatbed Scanner Assembly , Now need to be replace . Should I need any update after replace Flatbed Scanner Assembly? .. I was heard something need assign scanner value
