Forgot Network Password for Officejet 6968

Product: OfficeJet 6968

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

Renamed the Wifi network. Same wifi password.  Can't get WiFi setup because I have forgotten the admin password for the HP officeJet 6968  I set up several years ago.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
I understand that the printer is locked with an administrator password. We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
