Alright!
After all this time i never give up looking for a solution, and yesterday i came by this:
Even if it was a different printer, the solution worked.
The fix was this: use the display ON THE PRINTER, Select Setup, then Tools, then Restore Factory Defaults. "Restore Factory Defaults" is the last item on the list -- had to scroll down to see it. Then I turned printer off, then on. Once that was done I could access the printer web page and FINALLY change the admin password to a new one.
Thanks ShlomiL for the support.

Jorge

Hi Jorge,
Please ensure you type admin as the username (all lowercase) with the selected password and check if you may access the printer settings than.
Please let me know of any further problem, I will guide you further accordingly.

Greetings.
My apology if i wasnt clear enought, I did create a new password, but it was not the one i expected, is strange i could type a wrong password wrogn and the validation wrong, but the main problem now is:
"There is an Administrator password set up that i have no idea what is"
Now I would like to find a way to reset it, and since the printer is new i havent set it up yet to the rest pof personal, i always like to configure it before installign it to others.
Thanks in Advance
Jorge

Greetings.
I did as stated in your message, but it seems that the partial reset of the "OfficeJet Pro 7740 Pro" Still retain the Administrator Password.
Since i couldnt waste more time, i proceed to install the printer to everyone in the office, but still i wish to find out how to reset Administrator password to unlock the features, since all but "Estimated Cartridge Levels" are all Locked.
Also i want to configure the Scan to email, doing directly on the Printer Screen Pannel is too tedious.
Thanks in advance.
Jorge
