Your instructions say use admin and New Password to access Security. What New Password?  Whatever password combo I used it is not working. I also did a semi-reset based ont he super secret instructions I go tfrom your colleague but run into the exaxt issue again when it come time to sign into the WES - no passwordf combo I used or is typical factory reset works. VERY FRUSTRATING.  Scan to email worked for years at least to one email - always failed on others - until one day the PIN for the one email stopped working. Not rreally thrilled with HP right now cuz every rersponse has not addressed the orignnal PIN issue or the WES ID / PW issue. Help please! Thanks!  Ken

YES! This did the trick. This reset let me choose a new password on EWS dashboard and from there I was able to rebuild my address book. I am hedging a little because I haven't actually done a scan and email to test it. But the new address book appeared and during the reset I was able to disable the PIN  part of the the scan to email process. So I'm hopeful enough that does it that I wanted to giv Barachiel a shout out now. Cheers!

Not sure where my 8600 wireless and cancel buttons are. The Settings haveWiteless menu but not sure which one. Nothing looks like a Cancel button. Back? “?” Home? It appears to be connected to network. Thanks for your efforts .

I have the HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus, it doesn't have a cancel button on the display unless you are engaged with another function.

Am I missing something?
