Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy 6120e is frozen on a print job. I've tried cancelling it on the printer screen, but it's now frozen on that. I've also tried cancelling it on my laptop and that doesn't work. I've shutdown and unplugged it numerous times and it just comes back to the same place. I've tried restoring network settings and it's the same outcome. The status on the laptop and printer both say it's all good and ready to use. It was printing fine this morning. What can I do. It's only a few months old. I've spent hours trying to print one document. Please help before I throw it across the room!

Hi, Try to clear all the queue by stopping print spooler and update the printer driver and the firmware of the printer.

The latest firmware is
