I can't get rid of this error GET / eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1. Host: localhost. Please help. I tried everything.

The best work-around I have is to open Task Scheduler, then set Printer Health Monitor and Printer Health Monitor Logon to Disabled. Then you must restart your computer.

so far so good. the offered solution seems to work for the moment.

There’s no permanent fix, but I enjoyed 6 months of trouble-free printing before it recurred. The software switches get reset, presumably after an automatic update or something IT did.
