Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, newbie here. My problem started when my deskjet gt 5810 suddenly stopped printing and then the Red light printhead and Blue resume light turned on. Nothing is displayed in the control panel display too. I unplugged the power cord multiple times but my printer Isn't responding. I also can't turn it off using the power button. It stayed on with the Red light printhead and Blue resume light but they're not blinking. I also replaced my printhead with an original hp One but nothing's changed. I tried to diagnosed it too multiple times but Hp smart can't detect it also. Our service center here is a bit expensive that's why I'm trying to repair it myself:( Please help me:((( Thank you in advance.

Hi @Misfit924

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd like to help!

This issue seems to be related to the printheads. Let us try these steps:

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

For more info on blinking lights and errors on the printer, refer to this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
