HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

After replacing the cartridges and running the alignment and cleaning options several times, there are gaps in the printing.  On some documents these are evenly spaced and on others it seems to be random.  The gaps always are full page width, parallel to the narrow edge of the paper.  I have scanned images I could share but I don't know how.  OS is either Windows10 or Windows11, I don't know for sure - not my computer, but my printer.
