Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Getting error code OXB8042326 on HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 5275, tried the power off method to reset, but that didn't help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue. 

 

If the error persists, perform step 2 from this document. Also, make sure there are no paper jams inside the printer and the print carriage is moving freely.
