Check the print settings
Check the print and paper settings to make sure they match your print job.
- Paper Type: Select the type of paper you are printing on, such as photo paper or plain white paper.
- Print Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your printouts, increase the print quality.
- Paper Size: Make sure you select the correct paper size for your print job.
- Color or Black and White: If you want to print in black and white only, select the grayscale option.

I have a HP Envy Pro 6432 printer. I decided to try HP 250gsm A4 Glossy paper. However, the finished prints appear to have straight indentation lines on them. These appear to be roller impression marks. They are not ink lines. I would have thought that HP printers should be able to handle HP paper. I am a professional photographer so I tend to be critical. Is there a roller adjustment on this printer? I have searched online but cannot find a solution.
Can you help?
Kind regards,
Trevor Payne
