Printer is not printing, copying or scanning. I have rebooted my computer and printer. I have reset the printer to it factory settings. I have deleted and reinstalled the software and it still does not. When I send a document to print the printer responds but it does not complete the request. The print jobs stay one queue but don’t print. I have also removed the ink and paper tray and blew out any dust to ensure that is the cause. I have documents that I need to print but the printer is not completing the task.
