Hvad betyder det, når der står at godkendelsesoplysningerne er udløbet? Jeg kan godt printe via andre enheder - bare ikke min computer. Mvh Stine (ps jeg bruger MAC)

I understand you are receiving an approval error on the computer.

To assist better-

1. May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
2. Could you share an image of the error?

HP Office 3830 - and the error is in danish but here is a picture. 
The strange thing is, that it do work with other computers, just not the one I normaly use.
