Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got a new HP printer that came with 6 month free trial of HP instant ink. Even though the trial was free I saw a $1 (CAD) charge on my credit card appear.  Is this expected? if this is in error can you please arrange a refund?
