Printer was perfect until today. No changes whatsoever. Now everything is printing with a strong green tint. This occurs using several different computers. Photocopying is the same, so it is NOT a computer issue but a printer issue. Diagnostics print perfectly. Updated hardware and the Device Update report printed perfectly. So, why are my prints and copies green? Please help.

Greetings @BlueHeeler8

Welcome back to HP Forums.

I would like to appreciate your effort in trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own and isolating the issue.

Since the issue is evident while making a copy using the front panel of the printer.

It definitely seems to be a hardware issue.

I am sending you a private message suggesting the next course of action.

Please check your private message icon in the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
