Hi,

I am tring to print label design via OnlineLabels with .pdf. I make it with succes in the past but now every attemp I get a grey background.

I have text in this label with subtil grey image in the background but now I get a dark grey overall. I do not kjnow how to set the printer properly. It is not an old printer. I made about 100 prints only.

Few months ago every thing was working fine.

Thank you

GJ

Are you reusing label sheets that you printed a few labels on and are now trying to print more?  If so you are going to have issues as the spaces where labels are already removed will smear onto the other labels. Do you have the paper type set to label?

No even with a new sheet the problem is there.

I print some labels sometime ago and everything was fine. Now I am using the same model but I get 100% more dark. It is like a grey layer at 50% over the print( only in the place of the image. It is not a background all over the page)

Make sure that you have the paper type on the printer set to label. It is also possible that your printer is not using pure black but rather composite black by combining all colors.

Hi,

Yes I am set to label. But I have to rese3t it to label each time.

I do not know if I am using pure blank or composite black. And I do not know how to set this. Is uncheckling all grey settings will set it to pure blanc?

The only think change since this problem occurs is that I change my PC. Before I was using an AMD processor and now I am on Intel. I somply transfer my windows 10 to the new disc.
