HP COLOR LASERJET 150a

Hi I've been working on an HP150a color printer, while sending a print job it says " END LIFE, REPLACE  WITH NEW IMAGING UNIT " I replace it with new imaging unit 3times but it does not reset. I tried to measure voltage across the chip, it reads 23.685VDC. Is it normal, it seems like it's too high.

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and may need repair.
