Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a HP1510 printer and need to be able to deactivate the printer cartridge protection as I cant use my printer but need to while working from home for the next few weeks.


Any tips please?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  " Disable ink cartridge protection" issue. 

 

Below are the screenshots on how to turn off cartridge protection Open the HP printer assistant, click on the ink indicators it will bring up a new window on that go to Cartridge protection Tab and disable it.
