I installed a new toner cartridge, now whenever I print, I get a blank page after every good page I print. I have removed the printer from my system and reinstalled it numerous times. I've installed new drivers. If I put a piece of paper in the manual print tray it works fine. Only happens if it's pulling paper from the tray. HELP!!!!!

Hi @JimBerryhi
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like a frustrating issue with your HP 2035 printer! Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the blank page problem:
1. Check Paper Type and Quality
- Make sure you are using the correct type of paper in the tray. Using the wrong paper type can sometimes lead to feeding issues. Ensure the paper is not wrinkled or damaged.
2. Inspect the Paper Tray
- Ensure the paper is loaded properly in the tray and that the guides are snug against the paper without being too tight. Sometimes, misalignment can cause feeding issues.
3. Toner Cartridge Installation
- Double-check that the new toner cartridge is installed correctly. Remove it and reinstall it, ensuring it clicks into place.
4. Clean the Printer
- Dust and debris can interfere with printing. Clean the printer’s interior, particularly around the toner and paper path. Use a soft, lint-free cloth.
5. Check for Firmware Updates
- Sometimes firmware updates can resolve odd printing issues. Check the HP Support website for any available updates for your printer.
6. Adjust Print Settings
- In your print settings, check if there are any options related to "Print on Both Sides" or other features that could affect how pages are printed. Disabling these features may help.
7. Test with Different Paper
- Try using a different brand or type of paper in the tray. Occasionally, certain papers can cause feeding issues.
8. Perform a Hard Reset
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 60 seconds. Plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
