Hi @hoppy73, I'm afraid you are using the wrong set of ink cartridges.
Find the compatible ink cartridges for HP DeskJet 2620 All-in-One Printer in your region below:
HP 301 ink cartridges are not compatible with this model printer. You will have to use HP 304 ink cartridges.
Kindly refer to this document to know how to replace the ink cartridges.

Hi Kumar,
Many thanks - I have now realised that when I bought these cartridges, I bought them for the 2620 Officejet not the 2620 Deskjet. I am surprised that two models with same number have different cartridges.
That must be confusing to a new owner, albeit it is a printer I only use rarely and they were bought some time ago.
On searching your website today, when I type in 2620 I am prompted to click the Officejet and it does not let me overwrite it. When I type in HP 304 - you have no stock??? Looks like I shall have to use generic replacements?
Can you advise please?
John

@hoppy73, thank you for the response.
HP does not recommend using non-HP ink cartridges that may or may not work and damage the print mechanism.
If you have tried to place an order online on HP Store and it is out of stock, you may call the HP Store support. The number to contact them is mentioned on the website.
You may also order it from a local store nearby.
