HP 2700 flashing lights

Good morning, 

I have a HP deskjet 2700 printer and for the last few months, I have been getting orange lights and the power button flashing! If I turn the power off and then on again the lights will disappear for a few days and then return again.  I have tried everything I can find, checked and cleaned cartridges, put in new cartridges, no paper jams, hard reset... it works and prints fine when the lights aren't on. Nothing seems to be working. Please help.

This could be related to the printer Wireless connection and you need to reset.
