310 ink tank printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The black ink refill bottle refuses to drain into the tank. Initially all the four bottles drained sequentially without a problem. I did not use the preinter for 3 months. When I wanted to print I found that ink had dried up. Trying to fill up the black ink tank as per procedure but it refuses to drain! Anyone else had this peculiar problem?
