HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

Suddenly with no changes to cartridges, computer or printer, the printer started printing colors very dark and muddy looking.  Color cartridge 63 is full and black is 60%.

Things I have already tried:

I have removed the printer from my Windows 11 PC, deleted all the drivers, reinstalled all drivers, did a Power Reset.

Rebooted in between everything. Nothing works.  When I print a quality Report, it looks fine.

After last driver installs, it is now printing BLACK- no colors at all.

When I COPY a document that has red in it (that I printed earlier in the week) it comes out very dark- almost burgundy.  When I PRINT  from any Microsoft product, it is BLACK.

When I print from Quicken, it is BLACK

There is no greyscale check box that I can find in any setting. Everything looks "normal" and default settings.

Help!
