HP 4100 Not printing but asking me to upgrade my payment method

I am trying to print out some documents on my printer but the information icon is flashing on my printer.

My printer is a HP 4100 and i am runnning windows 10 64bit.

This is so annoying as all i want to do is print some letters. The ink is there bith colours are full.

The print out i get from the printer is asking me to change my payment method. Seriously annoying!

Can anyone tell me how i can get around this stupid message??
