Can you provide a better description of the problem.

 

If this is a print quality issue  and as this product is reworked by Versa Check you might want to contact them at their website to see if they have any specific product instructions regarding their MICR cartridges.

No, it is not. I am getting an error message on the little screen. It says E 0 then it shows both cartridge levels as empty. Then it is all flashing. The little red light below it is also flashing. Both completely full cartridges are in the printer. I went to change the black MICR ink cartridge and then this happened. It will not print.
