Product: HP 4620 cz152a

The printer is only printing blank pages. I just installed 4 new cartridges. I have tried a hard reset, I have used alcohol on the print heads, I cannot copy a document. When I clean the heads, it prints a page with 6 solid color boxes and the rest of the page is blank.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
