Hi @BaluChandra,

Welcome to the HP community A good day to you. :). I read the post regarding printing issues with the printer I will be happy to assist you here. Excellent description of the issue. Kudos to you on that score. 🙂

For me to assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this.

  • Did it happen after you changed the cartridges or printheads?
  • Did you make copies directly from the printer and check if it copies fine?

  • For a start please make 2 copies directly from the printer without any communication from the computer and check if it works. If it does not then please try these steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-4630-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5305049/model/530... Make sure to perform all the steps.
  • If there are no hardware issues with the printer it will get fixed. Please try with a different set of cartridges also. If it still does not work, please contact HP phone support to get the printer replaced as it is a hardware issue with the printer.

HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true

  • Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
  • Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
  • Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
  • Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

They will be happy to assist you immediately. If the unit is under warranty repair services is taken care of by the manufacturer’s warranty

Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient, please. Please note that I am not overloading you with a lot of troubleshooting steps. Instead, just like you, I am eager to ensure that the problem gets resolved. So I am providing you with more resources and information at your disposal to deal with the situation better.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great week ahead. 🙂

I don't think it is under warranty. Anyway I have done all the steps mentioned above 2days before. But no luck. Thank you for your support. I am not aware that warranty was must for the Printer as I was thinking it is home use and I took proper care of it. But don't know why the problem came.
