macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My HP suddenly stopped operating at all two weeks ago. I checked power and even moved it to another socket and it fails to work. I leaned to friends of mine also had their HP printers suddenly break down in last 2 weeks. Is there a virus? And when I tried to order a replacement online there were none available. So I went to a nearby Office Max. They had none in stock but promised to order a similar model HP printer, but it is likely to be backordered. What is going on?

@saintlouieddie I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
