HP 4635 officejet printer - how to print on 5.5" x 8.5 " paper

I try to set custom paper size to 5.5 X 8.5 and it keeps reverting to 8.5 X 11.  How can I fix this?

Hi, did you use "Print server properties" in "Devices and Printers" to set-up the custom form?

I don't get Print server properties under Devices and Printers.

I have gone to printer settings and tried to select a different paper size than the ones listed, but it always reverts back to 8.5 x 11.

This HP document expains how to set-up a custom form.

My settings, it may take awhile b4 you came see the image because HP has to approve it.

Yeah!  Thank you so much!  It worked.  

Note to HP:  it shouldn't be so difficult!  I used to be able to do this on other older HP printers by simple choosing custom paper size.  Why did you have to hide it?
