HP5230 All-in-one Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP All -in-one officejet keeps flashing error code OXB3D77A2B.  When turned off and back again, it disappears but then starts again.  The home light and all icon light icons on the printer's panel flash off and on at the same time with an irritating beeping in sync with the flashing.  Please has anyone come across this error and if so, how can it be rectified.  Switching on and off severally has not helped in any way. Printer is just 15 months old.

Hi @Kasmos,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are receiving an "OXB3D77A2B" error on the printer screen.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Tools, touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then follow the onscreen instructions

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
