Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra
After working great since 2019, two days ago, my front panel screen went blank, and no longer able to select functions. Tried exactly what was found on your support boards, unplugging, waiting 60 sec, plugging back in to wall outlet, tried this 2x. and still get a blank screen after start up. All other functions work OK, but trying to make copies, becomes annoying when you just can't push the front panel "Copy" or "Scan" any longer. Firmware check says it's up to date. What is the solution ? Should not have happened to a 2 year old printer.
