Product: HP Photosmart 5515
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Apparently there is a real issue regarding the HP 5515 printing black ink and there is no solution?  I have tried every one of the solutions listed on their website and none of them work.  Don't waste your time buying new cartridges, you will just be throwing away you money.   I am so frustrated with HP, I will never buy another one of their printers.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
