Purchased a new laptop (HP 15-DA002DX) and downloaded installation for the above printer. No response to print selection, although responds to eprint from iOPS device, scan works fine, and web services settings info page prints OK. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, all without success. Not sure if this (and another 7640 series) simply are incompatible with the new laptop - each are 2 years old - or if this is fixable. HP Print & Scan Doctor (several times also) won't print test page, at which time laptop freezes up and needs rebooting. Please help! JimBor

I see that you are unable to install HP Envy 5660 and HP Envy 7640 printer driver on your Windows 10 PC.
There are a few details from your end that can really help me solve this issue for you. Please provide me the following information:
Did you get any error message while installing the printer driver?
Did you install the Windows updates on your new PC?
Meanwhile, I recommend using HP Smart app on your PC.
