HP Inkjet 5745
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP InkJet 5745 lost network connection.  I have two separate 5G routers and close neighbors with discoverable networks and none are being found by the printer anymore.  The printer has been connected to my networks with no problems for several years.  I have updated the printer software and shutdown and restarted all devices several times after long wait times and nothing works relative to finding networks any more.??????

Any other ideas?

Restore network settings to default settings.

1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup and then touch Network Setup.

2. Touch Ethernet Settings.

3. Select Advanced Settings.

4. Touch Restore network default.

5. follow the on-screen instruction.

Restart the printer.

Try connecting the printer to the network.

As an alternate solution connect the printer using the USB and change USB to a Wireless Connection using the below link.
