Does not print red. on test page yellow is green and all colors are muted.

Did you check the ink levels of cartridges in the test page?

If the ink levels are low, replace that particular cartridge.

 

Meanwhile, clean the printhead from the printer control panel

1.On the printer control panel, press and hold (Power) button.

2. Press (Cancel) button two times, and then press (Resume) button once.

3. Release (Power) button.

I cleaned the printer heads...same problem. I removed the yellow cartridge; the ink that I see is green.

This looks like a hardware issue. I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
