I have owned this printer for a while now.. I did not have a problem with it before.

Recently I bought a new black and colored ink.

Black works fine, Color does not work even in test!

I don't know what's wrong? Can anyone help me, please?

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer wherein it does not print in color.

 

This issue could occur if the cartridges are not installed or vented properly.

Unfortunately none of this work 😞

 

 This is the quality report

Says that the ink level is 90 for all colors

Even though it's not showing any colors!

I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.

 

This issue could occur if the firmware is not updated.

 

Please follow this link to download and update the firmware: Firmware Update
