Hi,

 

Bad mood for this week, thanks to your HP PRINTHEAD Genuis Design!.

I can't print anything or do any maintainance as my printer keep pop out PRINTHEAD PROBLEM !!!

Now cannot clean itself and Your PRINTHEAD is non-removable! How can I Clean Manually?

This printer I only use for 2 years, change cartridge for once only. PRINT LESS THAN 500 PAGES !!!

 

1.) I tried your suggestion way as what you mention in other TOPIC ( RESET THE PRINTER) = NO CHANGES

 

Guess what your Malaysia Customer Service said, after I mention my problem to them they just ask me to change a new printer. Hello! just printhead problem need to change whole unit? SO WASTE !. And you didn't provide printhead service for this model then what for you design this printer?

Cannot print  cyan cartrige

 To better assist you - 

 

1)Are you able to copy in color, do you cyan when you make copies using the printer?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
3)Please help me with the exact serial, product number, and model of your product to help you better.

refer to how to find the serial number of the product.
