Please help me. I was troubleshooting a WiFi scanning problem: same network, turned off, unplugged, deleted printer, re-found - still my MacBook (Catalina OS10.15.8) tells me "device" not found when trying to scan. I can see the ink is low? I can save a PDF?
Went to print something else and got a load paper error. There was paper in the tray. Have gone thru all the gymnastics (unplugging, up to reloading software and driver. Could not find any HP software on my MacBook. Went to 123.hp.com as directed and was told there is no software for the HP 7520 All-In-One Series? Removed the whatchamacallit, cleaned the rollers. . . .
There does not appear to be anything wrong with the rollers. It still will not recognize there is paper loaded or scan. Any ideas would be deeply appreciated!

Hello asmita6658! Perhaps my layman descriptions did not convey that I had already tried all your suggestions other than seeking a repair. My 7/21 inquiry was made after troubleshooting. Since I needed to copy, print, scan, and fax on 7/19, I purchased another printer. Have a great day-I suppose with COVID-19, you too are up to your ears, but the five day response time was more than I could afford.
