Product: HPm7525 All In One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I added a new black cartridge and alignment  failed. I replaced all cartridges - same result. The black cartridge does not print.

I followed all the support steps except replacing  r=the Print Head. Same results
