HP 7525 Black ink cartridge not printing

The black ink is not printing on my printer all of a sudden.  I have tried 2 brand new HP cartridges, used the tools to clean print heads, align the cartridges, and still nothing.  When I get the report from after cleaning the cartridges, all of the other colors are fine; just a blank spot for the 564XL black cartridge.

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

Cleaning the printhead manually may fix the issue.

Follow instructions on this video and try to manually clean the printhead.

Re-insert the printhead once it is dry and try to clean the printhead using the automated tool and check if the black color appears on the report after the printhead cleaning.
