hi unfortunately the printer has updated the firmware and the third party cartridges that previously worked perfectly now no longer work, is it possible to do WHAT ABOUT?
I tried to close and turn on the printer waiting 60 seconds but to no avail my current firmware is: ELLISXLP1N003.2007A.00 the previous one was the ELLISXLP1N003.1942A.00 and it allowed me to use the non-original cartridges. can someone help me ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.  We are here to support you. Some non-HP branded cartridges are not working on HP OfficeJet or OfficeJet Pro printers. For us to help you with this, please contact us here.
