Hello everyone,
Do you know how to make my HP 7740 print actual size A3 from Adobe Acrobat? It can do it from AutoCAD for example, but once I try to print it from PDF, it shows that the drawing is out of printable area of A3 paper, which is not the case. It can only Shrink or Fit, but then the drawing is out of scale. I have uploaded the issue below, so you can see how margins left and right are out of printable area. Once I go the printing shop, it works fine with the same document. So it clearly a printer issue.
Please help, I would really appreaciate it.

- It might be a simple matter of the document size -- that extra 1/10 inch in width (16.54) shown in the image might be "too large".
Reference:
Select "Page Sizing & Handling" = "Actual"
A3
11.693 x 16.535 |
- Remove the "Choose Page Source by PDF Page Size"
- Select the Source (Tray) in Properties
What else?
Add to your checkpoints:
- The Full Feature Software / full driver printer software is not installed (or not working)
- Printer Properties is set to use a Windows / Microsoft Print driver instead of the installed full driver printer software. Make sure the driver is selected as the HP software driver.
- Test the document in Adobe Reader DC > Select Poster Size

Next,
- Check (for the Printer) in Devices and Printers > If found, Right-Click Printer and Remove -- If any changes are made, that is, you remove anything, Restart the computer and sign in.I
Next,
- If using a printer USB cable between the printer and the computer, disconnect the cable before installing the printer software.
- Download and Save the Full Feature Software installation package or the Easy Start Software

The instalation of a new driver has solved me this issue. The document format was actually right.
