My printer keeps reporting 'out of paper' on my Mac. The pc's don't receive such a message. When I run the HP print doctor (on windows, no iOS  version) it finds the same fault (out-of-paper). So apparently the printer is reporting to the netword it is out of paper but it isn's. It also doesn't report this on the touch screen.
Printer driver is up to date. Software on mac and pc's is up to date...
I am at a loss.
What is going on here? Hardware issue? (also wiped the rollers with a soft cloth, to no avail... printer is 3 months old)

We could try a Semi Full Reset on the printer

Since these steps are specific to your printer, I have sent you a private message with the instructions
