HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

I have had this printer for 3 years! Never did i register for InstaInk option. Do not want the instaink or HP ordering ink for me. I’ve done fine taking care of ink on my own! Do not force people to use an inadequate service.

Low and behold, 3 years later, I get the “Cartrigrs cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Insta Ink”

I paid for my printer to use, not to be forced into enrolling in a service I DO NOT WANT!

please provide directions on getting past this constant error code that has rendered my $$ printer USELESS!

Where did you get the cartridges from and were they sealed in box when you got them? If you purchased cartridges that were already open it is possible that someone had installed them in a Instant ink registered printer and now they are locked to the program.

No. Bought genuine sealed and boxed HP cartridges online. They worked perfectly for 2 weeks then, bam, still stupid cartridge must be enrolled in HP Insta Ink program. Haven’t been able to print anything since! I need the fix or bypass! I will not be enrolling in the Insta Ink catastrophe I have read so much about!
